What is the processing lead time for online orders?
Please allow 10-14 working days for orders to be completed. If you have an urgent order (within 2-3 working days), please chat with us via the Whatsapp chat to check if the orders can be fulfilled timely.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum orders!
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept payment via bank transfer, Pay Now and PayLah. We are also registered under Vendors@Gov. Do Whatsapp us for further clarification. *If we do not receive your payment in 48 hours, the order would be cancelled.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is charged at a standard rate of $6 per order and is done by a 3rd party service provider. We do not deliver to Changi Airport, Alps Ave, Sentosa and Jurong Island. Once orders are ready, the delivery will be done within 2-3 days. Deliveries can and will be done between Mon - Sat (9am - 9pm). Due to increasing delivery cost, we no longer provide free delivery.
Can i self-collect?
Yes! Self collection can be done at 308A Punggol Walk. Prior appointment is needed.
Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?
No cancellation allowed for confirmed orders after a successful payment submission. For amendments, it depends on whether we have started on your orders. Please chat with us for clarification.
I received a defective item. What should I do?
We are extremely sorry for wrongly sending you a defective product! Please email us at insyplusyou@gmail.com or chat with us via Whatsapp within 3 working days with the following details: 1) Your order number 2) The name of product 3) Photograph of the packaging and defect We will get in touch with you asap on the next steps and possibility of exchange. Items returned must be in its original state - wrapped and tagged (where applicable).
I have a missing item from my parcel. What should I do?

How do I make an order?
You can make an order via our website - www.insyplusyou.com. All prices stated in the website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). 1) Browse for items that you are interested in under Products. Several categories have been layout for your easy reference. Read through the product details, followed by choosing the quantity and adding it to your shopping cart. 2) You can choose to continue shopping or remain in the Order Summary page. 3) When you are ready to process your order, enter Discount code (where applicable) and click Checkout. 4) Enter you email address. If you have an account with us, you can login now. Otherwise you can just enter your shipping details. 5) Check that your delivery address is correct. 6) Choose shipping method. 7) Leave a note for seller if orders include customized tag (advise theme and words on tag) / you wish to self-collect on a certain day. Click on continue. 8) You will reach the payment page with the total amount of purchase. 9) Click on Payment Details and place order. An order confirmation would be sent to your email with your orders and the payment details. For bank transfers, PayNow and PayLah payment modes, payment must be made within 48 hours. Otherwise orders would be cancelled on our end. 10) Once payment is made, you have successfully placed an order!
How do I know that the order is being processed?
Once order has been made, it is best for you to contact us via email/Whatsapp/DM and advise the following details (if applicable) - 1) Theme for tag/sticker/bookmark 2) Words to be on it 3) When do you need it by (Do note that our lead time is 10-14 working days) An email/Whatsapp/DM would be sent out once orders are ready for collection/delivery.
I see some of the items has a "Advanced Stocks" selection. What does this mean?
This means that there are incoming stocks that will reach within the next 3-4 weeks. To further aid with your orders, you can choose to order based on in-stocks or advanced stocks. Example scenario: You need your items in 2 months time. You can choose "Advanced Stocks" instead of existing stocks, if the existing stocks does not fulfill the quantity you require.
I've ordered a gift set with customized tags/stickers. How do I choose my theme and words?
You can leave a note during check out on the theme that you want and the words for the tags/stickers. Alternatively, after your order is confirmed, we will send an email/WA with a pdf of the themes we have. You can choose from the themes available, and advise the words you want to be on the tag/sticker. If you want a theme that is new for us, as a guideline, the option is only available for orders with more than 15 sets/pieces and would be subject to a longer preparation period.
What if the item I want is out-of-stock?
You can get in touch with us via Whatsapp / Contact Us and indicate the following: 1) The name of product 2) Quantity needed 3) When do you need it by We will get in touch with you asap on the possibility of it reaching timely.
